About the Role :
The Senior Sales Manager - Online Test Prep plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for our online test preparation programs. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals dedicated to converting online leads into students. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize enrollment for online test preparation programs.
- Drive lead conversions from online promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead Management and Conversion :
Engage with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable test prep solutions.Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication.Address inquiries and overcome objections to guide prospects through the enrollment process.Customer Relationship Management :
Foster strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure a positive learning experience.Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Collaboration and Coordination :
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and provide feedback to optimize lead quality.Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students.Market Analysis and Reporting :
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.Generate detailed sales reports, including KPIs, forecasts, and insights, to inform decision-making.Stay Updated on Industry Trends :
Stay abreast of the latest trends in online education and test preparation.Continuously explore new sales methodologies and technologies to improve team performance.Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in education, test preparation, or online learning services.Familiarity with online test prep products and services (e.g., SAT, SSAT, ACT, AP) is a plusSkills :
