What You’ll Be Doing as an Administrative Assistant:
- Handling a range of administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Managing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Supporting internal teams with reports, meeting prep, and coordination
- Ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Jumping in to support special projects and office initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A strong communicator—both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is ideal
