We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Barista to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the coffee world, we’ll provide all the training you need to craft delicious beverages, serve up smiles, and make every cup a little bit better than the last.
About the Role:
As a Barista, you'll be more than just someone making coffee. You'll be the person who makes someone’s day with a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, a friendly chat, and a welcoming vibe. You'll craft espresso drinks, serve pastries, and be a key player in creating a fun, lively atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Building relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service every time
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar
- Assisting with inventory management and keeping things stocked and fresh
- Collaborating with your team to keep the energy high and the coffee flowing
- Showing off your creativity by recommending new drinks or even creating your own specials!
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for coffee and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Great communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- A positive and energetic vibe that makes customers feel at home
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or as a barista is a bonus, but not a must—we’re happy to train the right person!
