Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and mentor service technicians and advisors.

- Customer Service:
- Ensure all customers receive outstanding service and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

- Operations & Workflow:

- Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain an organized and efficient service area.
- Financial Management:

Qualifications:
