Currently we have a Parts Marketing/Technical Specialist role open. This position provides support to the customer service group and Link-Belt Cranes distributors.

Essential Functions Of The Position Include
- Research and analyze engineering drawings, bill of materials, engineering orders, vendor information and parts manuals in order to evaluate customer service distributors inquiries on technical parts information.
- Assist with DSR and distributors technical and parts inquiries.
- Manage and process engineering change orders (EO’s) as they are related to the parts department.
- Assist with tear down of components.
- Assist shipping department in identifying parts.
- Assist in the development of recommended stocking list for distributors and inventory recommendations for PDC.
- Assist with parts forecast.
- Identify marketing efforts to enhance Link-Belt Cranes and customer relationship.
- Contribute to content development of parts training programs.
- Deliver training or serve as technical resource at training event for parts expertise.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
- Four (4) year college degree
- 2 years or less of experience in construction equipment service or manufacturing
