Currently we have a Quality Analyst-Welding role open on 2nd shift. The Quality Analyst will measure and report conformance to specification through inspection, test and analysis of purchased and manufactured components.
Essential Job Functions
1. Perform inspection operations of product/components using both precision and non-precision gaging
2. Understand CMM and be capable of running pre-programmed CMM programs
3. Perform product/process audits in areas assigned areas, document and report results through established formats
4. Assist in determining root cause and correction actions
5. Disposition non-conforming materials including input into the company wide electronic reject system
6. Compilation of data and provide written reports as required to support the assigned department’s objectives
7. Maintain records of information as required by the quality system and or value stream
8. Follow and participate in the creation of standardize work
9. Perform final product evaluations including machine release, if assigned
10. Participate in special projects as assigned
Education
- HS diploma or GED
- Prefer technical/vocation training
Experience
- Welding experience is a must
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Quality Analyst or similar manufacturing experience
