We are looking for a talented Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Department by processing inventory to ensure a sufficient supply of products to meet demand and project success..

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive stock manufactured parts in the ERP system.
- Put away all incoming purchased and manufactured parts.
- Kit stock jobs as needed to support current and future Customer orders.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Support co-workers at the crib window as needed.
- Regularly review customer orders in build and supply parts to assembly as they become available.
- Notify Purchasing and Project Management of urgently needed parts not available in inventory.
- Return parts from Customer orders that are no longer required.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience running tool crib and inventory.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written, oral, & interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel functions.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk.
- Ability to speak verbally and read in English.
- Ability to see with corrective lenses.
- Ability to hear.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.

- Normal hazards related to working in a manufacturing and testing environment.
- Normal hazards related to road and air travel.
