We are looking for a talented Marketing Director who will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including brand management, promotion into new and existing markets, and supporting market analysis that moves the LINK collective brand forward in achieving expanded revenue and customer base.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the LINK brand.
  • Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the budget for the marketing department that supports a long-term marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with external and internal marketing partners and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions that leverage strengths and speak to new markets.
  • Lead and organize all tradeshow activities that align with the brand and promotional strategies, working with key regional stakeholders.
  • Seek out, create, and provide marketing research to senior leadership that guides and informs the Company’s marketing strategies.
  • Lead and maintain the organizational intranet in selection of provider for content curation.
  • Create and maintain official marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Maintain and update the company’s official websites and social media accounts.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects from concept to realization.
  • Effectively lead the department, providing coaching, guidance, feedback, and achievement of goals to budget and deadline.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events, trade shows, or other activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Senior Leaders to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Create and manage relationships with Corporate partners to support marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the brand marketing campaigns, once implemented, and the daily workflow of the department.
  • Coordinate all media contacts to ensure that the Company consistently gets print and digital coverage.
  • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing with strong brand experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business and brand management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and long-range planning.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, negotiate solutions, and consider the business holistically.
  • Proven ability to develop operational improvement strategies considering the market, business strengths, and profitability.
  • Proven experience in identifying measures or indicators to create systems and processes for performance improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of skill sets and personalities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to see with corrective lenses.
  • Ability to hear.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Able to work evenings and / or weekends as required.
  • Able to travel up to 30%.
