We are looking for a talented Service and Shipping Clerk who is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and service support. This position is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating shipments to support field technicians and customers. By ensuring timely and accurate part distribution, this role directly contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a talented Service and Shipping Clerk who is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and service support. This position is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating shipments to support field technicians and customers. By ensuring timely and accurate part distribution, this role directly contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Process and receive all incoming parts in the ERP system for sales orders, service jobs, and stock.
- Distribute received parts efficiently to designated locations:
- Sales Order Staging Crib – Hold orders until all items arrive for shipment.
- Direct Shipping – Ship parts immediately with corresponding sales orders.
- Service Jobs – Place parts in designated bins and notify the Service Coordinator of arrival.
- Pull and issue parts for service jobs in the Epicor system.
- Monitor jobs in progress and ensure all necessary parts are delivered on time.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Prepare shipping documentation and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL software.
- Facilitate palletized shipments, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Occasionally deliver parts to local customers as needed.
- Assist service technicians by providing necessary parts in the field.
- Support Inside Sales by preparing quotes in the Epicor system when needed.
- Identify and recommend process improvements related to inventory and shipping.
- Promote LINK’s culture by demonstrating accountability, commitment, and a proactive approach.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in inventory management, tool crib operations, or a similar role (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
- Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer functions.
- Valid driver’s license required for occasional deliveries.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk.
- Ability to speak verbally and read in English.
- Ability to see with corrective lenses.
- Ability to hear.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Able to work overtime, evenings and/or weekends as required.
- Able to travel up to 10% domestically.
