This role will be primarily for holiday and vacation coverage in an Assisted Living Facility.
\n- Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
