Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a hotel setting.
