Summary

As a Guest Service Agent at Link Hospitality, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring their needs are met. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
• Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide recommendations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies needed for guest services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of retail math is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
