Summary
As a Room Attendant at Link Hospitality, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing outstanding service in the hospitality industry. Located in a dynamic environment, this role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and in good condition for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to support housekeeping operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas as required by management.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- A background in hospitality is a plus but not required.
