Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Link Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our distribution center. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods in a timely manner.
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory accurately.
- Ensure that all incoming shipments are inspected for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain organized stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Process orders for fulfillment efficiently while adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles or similar positions.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is essential.
- Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely; certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
- Experience with order fulfillment processes is a plus.
