Position Overview:

This role is a client and team-centric position that focuses on the everyday success of our client's branding strategies and point of contact engagement. In this role, you will mentor team members to fulfill daily and weekly expectations as well as set the example of what the role is.

Every day you will:

• Set up and host, daily, training workshops with appropriate team members and training content.
• Network, plan and attend weekly promotional events.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure team members are meeting performance goals, following standard policies and procedures.
• Manage the performance of the team members through active motivation, assessing key performance indicators and provide effective feedback and communication.
• Assist the management team with new hire orientations and compliance.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Ability to motivate themselves and others to meet targets and metrics

· Must have poise and patients when dealing with customers and clients

· 1 years in customer service.

· Experience in working with a team in a fast paced environment

· A winning mentality and unwavering positive attitude

This role is based out of our Tampa, FL location and is a full time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
