As a Concierge on the Association Management team at LINK Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for serving as gatekeepers to the building, managing resident guests, contractors accessing the building to complete association work or in-unit work for owners, food deliveries and package registration. You will answer correspondence both electronically and verbally, assist with amenity reservations and support the Summit Chase residents with any assistance needed. This is a Part-time, non-exempt position.
What You'll Do :
- Monitor the security system
- Answer the telephone and direct all calls
- Greet Residents / Guests / Clients and respond to inquiries
- Direct building service requests to the appropriate department
- Sign for packages; log the packages, sign packages out to residents
- Receive / retrieve the dry cleaning for the residents
- Make reservations for amenities and loading dock
- Assist with move-in coordination and other large deliveries when directed by Management
- Maintain a friendly, and service-oriented posture at all times while on duty
- Register vendors and guests accordingly per the Buildings current approved Rules and Regulations.
- Completes other regular duties or projects as directed or assigned
