Link Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a SharePoint Developer (Intermediate-Level) supporting the U.S. Army PEO Solider Project Manager Solider Medical Devices (PM SMD)
- at Fort Detrick, MD.

The SharePoint Developer will support PM SMD by implementing and supporting SharePoint solutions. The candidate will oversee the design, development, and support of workflows, lists, forms, and dashboards while also migrating content and tagging metadata.
This position requires the ability to assess and understand a diverse set of processes and convert those needs into technical solutions in SharePoint through the development and maintenance of sites, suites, document libraries, lists, workflows, and PowerApps.

Job Responsibilities :
Develops, documents, and implements standards, policies, and guidelines for the use of SharePoint and incorporates relevant elements of such policies into system design.Maintain and refine permissions and SharePoint groups to assist the lead developer in ensuring proper security controls are in place within the environment.Work with the SharePoint Lead Designer and other stakeholders throughout the development process.Design and develop workflows, lists, forms, and dashboardsEnsure SharePoint site standardization via site and content templates, metadata tagging, workflows, and reporting.Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, REST API.Initiate help desk tickets and provide resolution to issues.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. _
Qualifications : Qualifications
US CitizenActive DoD Security ClearanceIAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570 / DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).BA / BS Degree with three (3 ) years of experience or five (5 ) years of relevant experience.Experience with SharePoint 2013 / 2016 design, development, implementation, and testing.Experience with Power Automate.Experience in Web development (graphical design related to webpage design and layout).Demonstrated experience leading a development team.Preferred :
Experience in C#, MS SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, Rest API, and Bootstrap FrameworkBA / BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570 / DoD 8140 (CASP , CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, etc.).Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems and VIP end users.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Additional Information
