Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Carson City, NV.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will provide support in research, business flow, analysis, evaluation, creation, data collection, testing and troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance on the functionality of the various program applications. This position will also include educational training of internal employees, external agencies, providers, and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, public administration, management information systems, or a related field; professional experience in analyzing and interpreting program laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Experience applying recognized data processing concepts to business process planning and analysis; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as outlined above.
- Entry-Level Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required at Time of Application)
Working Knowledge :
Modern computer hardware and software.
Basic principles of automated systems logic and data processing concepts.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Working Knowledge :
End-user tools and applications.
Automated systems logic, data processing concepts, system security, data communication, and platform strengths and weaknesses.
Perceive and define cause and effect relationships in business processes and automated systems.
Collaborate with programming staff to test and implement system changes.
