FOH Project Manager

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Front of House Project Manager to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of FOH-related IT systems at a 500-room location in Boston. This position will work with vendors, internal teams, and internal executives throughout the project. This role will be responsible with a team to ensure IT systems integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and operational workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that impact FOH operations ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members and executive stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with FOH IT projects, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Ensure all IT solutions align with business objectives and enhance FOH efficiency.
• Capable of maintaining a fast pace and effectively working within a large PMO team.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel to Boston as needed during the project, particularly during the implementation phase.
• Familiarity of payment processing projects implementing Shift4, FreedomPay, etc., is a plus.
