- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking three (3) Senior Business Analysts to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the following areas:
- Gathering requirements through customer interviews and creating clear, well-documented system requirements.
- Proficient in the software development life cycle.
- Expertise in business process re-engineering and improving software process flows.
- Development of user stories and use cases that adhere to business analysis best practices.
- Designing mockups and wireframes that align with UX best practices.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.
- Strong writing and organizational skills demonstrated through clear, structured communication.
PREFERRED- 3 years of proven experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements.
- 3 years of hands-on experience using tracking software Atlassian Jira.
- 2 years of proven experience working with or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
- 1 years of documented experience working with one or more of the following TEA applications: FSP, TSDS, TEA Help Desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support multiple projects or be assigned to special projects as needed.
- Serves as the liaison between the program/customer community and the software development team, ensuring requirements flow smoothly.
- Involved throughout the entire software development life cycle.
- Focuses on managing the requirements specification and ensuring all needs are met once the requirements baseline is established,
- Verifies fulfillment of all requirements, including those for enhancements post-implementation.
