JOB SUMMARY
This role demands proficiency in a range of technologies and methodologies, including CI / CD and solution architecture. This position will be key in optimizing the IT service management processes and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in ServiceNow development, including App Engine (scoped applications), portal development, and system integration with ServiceNow.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing process improvements.
- Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with REST / SOAP web services and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of CI / CD processes and tools for continuous integration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while being self-driven and motivated.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is preferred.
- ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
- A background in systems engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence concepts is a plus.
