What You’ll Do:
- Help manage cold-calling and outbound lead campaigns.
- Draft, proofread, and repurpose content for various platforms.
- Maintain our CRM, track leads, and manage data reporting.
- Organize and schedule client meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Provide project management support and ensure timelines are met.
- Handle administrative tasks like client communication, and file management.
- Support social media posting, engagement tracking, and campaign reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter comfortable working at a screen for extended periods.
- Someone able to commute to our Nampa, ID office for training and occasional meetings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), and project management platforms.
