Job Summary: We are seeking a Banking Specialist to create a differentiating experience for all visitors to our solution centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving solution center goals through efficient and accurate transaction processing, while providing needs-based client solutions.

- Ensure a differentiating client experience through handling client transaction needs via in person, drive-thru, or telephone.
- Process and log mail, night depository and ATM deposits (if applicable).
- Maintain Solution Center records and information in accordance with Retail Operations Guidelines to ensure operational soundness and compliance for audit purposes.
- Accurately and efficiently complete Currency Transaction Reports and Reg CC Forms.
