The employee would create a differentiating experience for all visitors to the solution center. Responsible for achieving solution center goals through efficient and accurate transaction processing, while providing needs-based client solutions.

- Proficient in Customer Experience and Onboarding Model.
- Team Player, willing to be flexible with duties and responsibilities.
- Exercises proficiency and accuracy with client maintenance requests and problem resolution. Opening of business and consumer deposit accounts and related services.
- Contributes to meeting or exceeding solution center goals by recommending needs-based solutions and providing an excellent service experience in person or via another communication channel.
- Advise on all consumer lending solutions and processing applications efficiently and accurately. SAFE Act Compliant, has or will obtain an NMLS ID within 60 days of hire.
- Execute all sales, servicing, and banking transactions accurately while following all compliance and security procedures.
- Ensures a differentiating client experience while conducting transactions and uncovering needs.
- Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while remaining informed of all changes to policies and procedures.
- Review daily NSF exceptions and decision them. May contact clients and / or work with client RM as needed.
- Complete customer wire requests within approval limits.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
Education / Training : High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Experience : At least three (3) years cash handling, client service, and sales experience. 1 year of Non-Real Estate Consumer lending experience required.
Required Certification / Licenses : SAFE Act Compliant (NMLS ID)
Travel Requirements : Ability to travel to all locations in the bank’s footprint as needed.
