We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination
Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Monitor budgets and ensure events remain within financial constraints
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event operations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events
Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
