As an Events Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
- Help with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Ensure that all event materials, supplies, and equipment are ready and available on-site.
- Work closely with event managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the planning process.
- Assist in handling client requests and provide on-site support during events.
- Monitor event progress and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including schedules and attendee lists.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all event details are executed to the highest standard.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software (e.g., Eventbrite).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
