Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating both marketing and sales initiatives to increase business development and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies and campaigns, as well as helping to streamline communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
Coordinate and support sales efforts to increase revenue and client engagement
Manage marketing and sales materials, including presentations and promotional content
Monitor and track marketing campaigns and sales performance
Organize and attend events, trade shows, and presentations to support business development
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Coordinate communication between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals
Maintain and update databases of potential and existing clients
Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance for management
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of marketing software and CRM tools preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure performance

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
