Summary:
- Linked Living is looking for a construction manager that will initially report to the current production manager and assist in production management activities while becoming familiar with the company and product. When ready we plan to have this person move into the production manager position responsible for the overall production of the company and reporting directly to the president.

- Strong background in construction
- Strong computer skills (word docs, spreadsheets, email, calendar, etc)
- Ideally this person has worked in construction management for 5 years or similar experience.
Job Description:
- Direct construction of projects based off of blueprints and project specifications
- Schedule subcontractors, employees, and materials
- Purchase materials needed for construction
- Help resolve day to day problems of construction team
- Communicate with customers regarding schedule, decisions, handling concerns, etc…
- Request and ensure successful completion of building inspections
- Find and build relationships with new subcontractors as needed

- Average 45 hrs weekly - Varies with project needs
Travel Needed:
- Minimal travel to job sites when needed
