Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Precision Grind Hand. The role involves operating ID / OD, Wet, and Surface Grinders, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, follow safety regulations, and have a strong attention to detail. CNC experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Operate ID / OD, Wet, and Surface Grinders
- Work independently and collaborate with the team as needed
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance and conduct quality inspections
- Inspect parts for defects to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Use gauges and other tools to inspect parts
- Obtain required tooling, drawings, and special instructions for each job
- Complete any other tasks as required
Job Type : 90-day contract-to-hire
Shift : 1st Shift
Salary : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience
