We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager with a proven track record in the automotive industry. This role will be instrumental in leading quality assurance initiatives, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and sustain quality management systems aligned with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Lead quality assurance processes, including PPAP, APQP, and GD&T.
  • Oversee compliance with Q1 standards and manage Q1 certification.
  • Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to ensure precise measurement and quality control.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and systems.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Quality Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Certified Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with PPAP, APQP, and GD&T processes.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining Q1 certification.
  • Proficiency in CMM operation for quality control.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
