Harmony Healthcare Long Island is a non-profit healthcare organization with 7 health centers across Nassau County, providing primary care and preventative medicine. We also have 3 school-based health centers, WIC offices, and a Health Home Care Coordination program.

Job Title: OB/GYN Physician
Reports to: Chief Medical Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides quality and comprehensive prenatal and gynecologic care to patients.
- Works closely with primary care providers to ensure comprehensive medical care.
- Participates in continuous improvement and other activities necessary to implement patient-centered medical home approach.
- Assists in expanding and enhancing patient services through outreach and community screenings.
- Participates in case management and patient surveys to maintain quality assurance.
- Stays up-to-date with continuing medical educational opportunities and maintains personal networks.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited medical school and licensed to practice in New York State.
- Ability to travel to other sites for coverage as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole/French required.
