We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Marketing Solutions organization, working on our Startups team to identify, activate and grow new customers. You’ll join a high caliber team and be focused on creating customer value, selling a range of advertising solutions to help B2B startups achieve their business and marketing objectives. Ideal candidates will be results oriented, exhibit a growth mindset and demonstrate strong prioritization skills. They will also be curious and have a passion for startups and growth marketing.Responsibilities : Prospect into marketing decision makers at B2B startupsAdvise prospective customers on how they can most effectively utilize LinkedIn’s range of marketing solutionsEducate clients on the LinkedIn marketing platform, building a foundation to achieve their marketing objectives and develop a long-term partnershipStrive to consistently exceed quota for you and your teamWork effectively with your client solutions manager and with cross functional partners to deliver value to your customersProvide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecastBe proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emergeInspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and managerEmbrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners.QualificationsBasic Qualifications : 5 years of experience in quota carrying B2B sales2 years of experience in digital media salesPreferred Qualifications : Experience working with startup marketers and / or within a start up company5 years of experience in digital media salesExperience working in the LinkedIn Ads platformCompetency in discovery, understanding customers’ business objectivesFamiliarity with scaled outreach tools like SalesLoftProven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients / accountsSuggested Skills : Account PlanningEffective CommunicationDigital MarketingBusiness AcumenData Driven SellingLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $162,000 to $246,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
