Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to drive product development and adoption, go-to-market strategy, and innovation in our approach for our Talent Solutions business in APAC. In this role, you will partner with global teams to support APAC considerations in product development, develop locally relevant solution narratives to enable field sales, and partner across the business to deliver innovative and impactful outbound product marketing activity to drive acquisition and adoption of our solutions.
This leader will design and lead go-to-market strategy, drive field sales success, and inspire innovation in product marketing approaches. You will work closely with APAC Field Marketing, the APAC Senior Leadership Team, as well as global leaders in Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and more. This is a critical role to the success of Talent Solutions, our most complex and largest business at LinkedIn, in one of our fastest growing regions.
You will lead a team of highly skilled product marketers owning critical go-to-market and product launch strategies and activities. Your role is to build strategic outlook and drive execution, including go-to-market plans and playbooks, new product charters and launches, align customers’ business needs to LinkedIn’s solution value propositions, field sales enablement, pre and post-launch sales activation, competitive intelligence, product performance, and more. In addition, this role is part of the regional LTS Marketing leadership team and partners across APAC marketing teams to inspire, motivate, and educate our teams on our product strategy and business strategy as a whole.

Leadership
- As a member of the APAC Marketing and Talent Solutions Leadership Team, you will develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and play an active role in shaping both regional marketing and business strategy.
- Lead and motivate a team of regionally distributed, highly skilled marketers, driving employee engagement while also delivering impact against business objectives.
- Support the broader APAC LTS Marketing strategy development and execution, inspiring our teams to drive innovation and new ways of thinking to solve complex business problems.
- Serve as the Head of Singapore and market leader for the LTS marketing org, providing a local leader to support our local team in country.
- Inspire the team to do their best work; provide development, coaching, and exposure necessary to support excellence in role and prepare them for the next step in their careers.
