Our LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) business helps job seekers find their dream jobs, companies find their dream employees & everyone learn new skills. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Small-Business Hiring Success, you will be responsible for helping our millions of small-business customers get enough qualified applicants to make a successful hire on LinkedIn. This year, our team launched LinkedIn’s first AI agent for hiring, empowering small-businesses to work smarter, not harder. You will be the one to achieve product-market fit and scale our new AI agent to hit our ambitious revenue goals. You’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for our AI agent-powered onboarding, job posting, candidate outreach (“sourcing”), and chat tools, ensuring we get enough information from each customer in the simplest way possible.

The work location of this role is in San Francisco or Sunnyvale and hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities
- Build the best way for small business to hire in the world.
- Execute by defining the roadmap, and execution plans to make a hire for every small business customer with alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Be an expert at best in class AI tools.
- Establish product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide, prioritize, and measure the success of strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LTS business.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
