The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco Bay Area, or New York.
We are looking for a highly motivated, deeply analytical, and strategic individual to join our Strategic Finance team as a Senior Associate supporting LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions business (LMS). In this new role, you will primarily focus on R&D Portfolio Allocation - tracking, analyzing, and providing recommendations on our investment portfolio across the LMS business with a focus on R&D. Additional areas of responsibility include supporting Financial Planning processes and Measurement product initiatives, along with other high-priority business initiatives. You will build and maintain complex models, analyze performance, and generate insights that inform investment decisions. Working closely with R&D teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Design) and cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) you'll translate data into actionable business recommendations that drive sustainable growth for our ads business. The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical skills with strong communication abilities and a passion for understanding the drivers behind business performance.

Basic Qualifications
