The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead business analysis efforts, design solutions, and support configuration and testing on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will mentor junior analysts, shape process improvements, and help deliver impactful solutions for business transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Mentor and guide a team of business analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Design scalable roadmaps and workflows for ServiceNow implementations.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Support development teams with clear requirements, data analysis, and UAT coordination.
Identify process enhancements and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Deliver training and documentation to stakeholders.
About You :
3-7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, testing, and requirements gathering.
2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to lead workshops, train teams, and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Required : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Desirable : Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS).
