Linking Minds is actively seeking a motivated Philanthropy Customer Service Representative to work on ground breaking marketing and sales campaigns in the local region. Our firm was founded by ambitious people looking to push the envelope by using cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
Each Philanthropy Customer Service Representative on our team receives hands-on coaching and training on our promotional marketing, sales and business operations standards and expectations. The Philanthropy Customer Service Representative has the opportunity to move into a senior level position with our team upon successful completion of an accelerated training course.
Daily Philanthropy Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Educate community members on our NGO partners' core mission to gain new and repeat donors and increase revenue generation
- Set up and attend local events regularly to spread our partner's brand awareness and build lasting relationships with community members
- Effectively promote our clients various initiatives in order to raise awareness and revenue
- Accept and accurately notate sales and donations
- Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship
