Description
Linkitall, LLC seeks a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Training Specialist to design and deliver an advanced, customized training program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The training will empower participants to effectively use Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
Major responsibilities include (and not limited to)
- Training Delivery: Provide a three-day, onsite, immersive training program tailored to the VA Center for Strategic Analytics and Reporting (CSAR) Education and Training team.
- Customization: Development of training materials, exercises, and case
- studies tailored to CSAR needs.
- Hands-On Learning: Deliver practical, experiential learning sessions using a sandbox environment provided by the contractor.
- Participant Engagement: Train six VHA participants and accommodate two additional auditors in each session.
- Training Coordination: Participant onboarding, logistics, and support during and
- after training.
- Course Content Management: Ensure comprehensive coverage of all listed objectives, integrating real-world use cases and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform, or related areas strongly preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
- Experience delivering tailored Microsoft training to government agencies.
- Proven ability to create and manage sandbox environments for hands-on training.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to meet diverse learner needs.
- Familiarity with the operational environment of the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact, learner-centered training sessions.
- Experience with project management tools such as Planner and To-Do within Microsoft 365.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering Microsoft-based training programs.
- Extensive experience in SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps development.
- Prior experience providing training to government agencies or large organizations preferred.
Skills
