Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Post Acute Rehabilitation inMonterrey County Daily morning Rounds and Medical Management in top-ranked facilities.Supportive team!NO nights, no long days, no weekends.
About the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in post-acute care
- Physician owned and lead company (you get to interact with the leadership)
- Young company with strong peer support and growth strategy (no corporate mandates or tedious process)
- Team is MD, NP / PA, and Medical Coordinator
- Daily patient schedule is 15-18 but census varies
- 3-5 Admissions a day (schedule adjusted to allow time and most other appts are follow ups on busy admission days)
- See patients for acute visits, order labs and diagnostics when needed, document progress notes, attend interdisciplinary meetings, communicate with patients, staff, and family.
- Monthly follow up for Long-Term Care patients
- EMR is Gehrimed
- Medical Coordinator also at facility and helps with schedule, notes, lab and diagnostic reporting, (think Scribe / Support)
- Rounds between 7-9 am each day
- Available on company phone until 5 each day
- Local short distance travel only.
