Currently Pursuing ABA Education?
We can sign off on your supervision hours for both restricted and non-restricted periods
Participate in our BCBA tuition scholarship and reimbursement programs
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver ABA services to children in their homes and community settings under BCBA supervision
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by the BCBA
Teach essential skills to help children achieve their individual goals
Document progress using our data collection system
Collaborate with families to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Experience working with children is preferred, especially those with developmental disabilities
Work Schedule :
Part-time, primarily after school hours (15-20 hours per week)
Available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
