We are seeking a talented and dynamic Communications Specialist / Audience Researcher to support our marketing communications team. The Communications Specialist / Audience Researcher will play a critical role in conducting audience research, analyzing data, and developing targeted communication strategies. This position requires a keen understanding of marketing research, data analysis, and communication tactics to effectively engage diverse audiences in substance use prevention and mental health initiatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in audience segmentation, communication planning, and leveraging data insights to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on audience research and data analysis.Proven experience in conducting audience research, segmentation, and developing targeted communication strategies.Experience working with federal agencies or organizations specializing in substance use and mental health field, preferredFamiliarity with substance use prevention and mental health topics is preferred.Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
