Links Technology is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Security Architect 3 to join our client's team for a REMOTE role. Our client is a leading technology company focused on simplifying networking through innovative solutions. This is a contract role through 7 / 31 / 2025, offering the opportunity to significantly impact the security of millions of users in a containerized cloud / data center hybrid environment.
Responsibilities of the Security Architect 3 :
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement automated controls for compliance and security requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and processes to monitor and enforce security controls across cloud environments.
Collaborate with teams to automate controls specifically for BSI C5 compliance and SOC2.
Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance and security standards.
Qualifications of the Security Architect 3 :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in compliance, security engineering, or related roles.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with security and compliance tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
Experience with containerized environments (Docker and / or Kubernetes) and cloud / data center hybrid setups.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
Knowledge and understanding of PKI, cryptographic concepts, and X.509 certificate management.
Proven experience with BSI C5 certification processes and requirements.
Experience working in a security development team automating controls for compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
