Qualifications:
Overall 10 years in technical program management, including leading large-scale remote or global initiatives.
Hands-on leadership of COE teams and distributed engineering teams.
Proven ability to implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies in diverse, cross- functional environments.
Background in managing software development, infrastructure, or cloud transformation projects. Skills
Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a remote-first mindset.
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Technical Knowledge
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in cloud and hybrid environments.
Experience working with SaaS platforms and managing large-scale SaaS deployments.
Understanding of firewall configurations, network segmentation, and general network security practices. Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure automation tools. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
