- Overall 10 years in technical program management, including leading large-scale remote or global initiatives.
- Hands-on leadership of COE teams and distributed engineering teams.
- Proven ability to implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies in diverse, cross- functional environments.
- Background in managing software development, infrastructure, or cloud transformation projects.
Skills
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a remote-first mindset.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and managing large-scale SaaS deployments.
- Understanding of firewall configurations, network segmentation, and general network security practices.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure automation tools.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
