Responsibilities will include : Carrying out open & closing checks, maintaining records, food, fridge and freezer temperatures and meet Food Standards Agency requirements Develop menus suitable to residents dietary needs to include alternative options Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment Someone with experience of cooking / catering for a large number of people would be preferred.
