Responsibilities:
- Install and configure satellite equipment and smart home devices
- Assess and resolve technical issues with broadband internet connections
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Meet performance metrics for DISH services, Nest Smart Home technology, and security products
- Develop long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and support
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in electronics and/or audio/video systems
- Familiarity with computer software applications and operating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
