Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain satellite equipment and smart home devices
- Evaluate and resolve any technical issues with broadband internet connections
- Conduct thorough site surveys to ensure optimal equipment positioning
- Meet performance metrics for DISH services, Nest Smart Home technology, and security products
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective product presentation and support
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is advantageous
- Capacity to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements
