Digital Engagement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Manager to join our team at Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations.
The successful candidate will leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to drive business results in our consumer engagement programs. They will work closely with our technology, product, and client success teams to ensure best practices are followed as programs are deployed.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- CRM Management: Oversee the development of digital assets, including email templates, to ensure creative specs are met.
- Coordinate CRM development schedule and work cross-functionally with the content team to ensure a seamless deployment process.
- Monitor CRM capacity and utilization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the CRM to produce a greater impact and expand Linkwell's business.
- Work with the technology team to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient flow of data.
- Remain up-to-date with regulatory and privacy matters that impact digital marketing.
- Work with analytics and performance resources to identify opportunities to elevate programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Improve program results from email and SMS outreach.
- Develop a transparent, scalable deployment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years applicable experience driving business results using CRM product to send email and SMS messages in sophisticated user journeys.
- Experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
