Supervising Mental Health Specialist – ACT Team
Mental Health Department (Classification 774)
Management Full Time (37.5 hours/week) positionExperienced licensed mental health professional to provide clinical supervision for master’s level therapists and case managers with individuals with a severe mental illness and who may also be managing a co-occurring substance use disorder as part of the ACT team. Knowledge of ACT, Supported Employment fidelity and Choice Model. Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team is preferred. Must be skilled in assessment, engagement, group and individual treatment using evidenced-based practices including illness management and recovery, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse treatment and family psycho-education. Experience with community-based interactions and treatment is valuable including providing consultation and technical assistance to other agencies. Position requires the ability to work with complex cases, problem solving and a solution-focused outlook. Duties include employee supervision and evaluations, complex report writing, training of staff about evidence-based practices, and fidelity management. Some travel between work sites. Primary work site is Albany but is subject to change.Requires successful completion of a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, and counseling or in a related field, five years’ experience AND Oregon professional licensure in social work (LCSW), counseling (LPC), or family therapy (LMFT) is required. Supervisory experience is a recommended. Must be able to pass a criminal history check and possess a valid Oregon drivers' license with an acceptable driving record.

Salary : $7,214 - $9,122
