Experienced individuals in insurance sales start with a $50,000 base annual salary, plus commission on new business sales, plus bonuses. Top performers at our business make an ADDITIONAL $50,000 to $75,000 per year in commission and bonuses.
No previous insurance sales experience? No problem!
Entry-Level sales representatives start with a $40,000 annual salary, plus commission on new business sales, plus bonuses. You can expect to make at minimum an additional $10,000 during your first year in commission. Plus, we will train you on everything you need to know to be super successful so your earnings are unlimited.

Responsibilities
Sales of insurance products to prospective clients. We are a brokerage, so have over 111 companies plus Farmers Insurance to write policies with. You can choose your niche' - whether that's auto and home, commercial and small business, life insurance, or financial services such as IRAs and retirement funding. We train you completely so you have confidence talking with people about our products and recommendations. You will prepare your own quotes and will close your own sales, getting all signatures and payment, then typing in comments about the client's needs that we were able to meet and future needs for follow-up. Commercial (Business Insurance) Focus - updating certificates of insurance, owning the renewal process
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls
Requirements
- Insurance Licensing (takes 2 weeks online) - we provide study material access and reimburse you once you pass the exam.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
